Return and Refund Policy

For returns or cancellations outside of the EU, please contact us directly at innovations@pacificop.com and we will be happy to assist you.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period"). The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party you nominate, receive the last item in your order.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To withdraw from your purchase, log in to your customer account at https://account.pacificop.storeand submit a cancellation or return request through your order history before the withdrawal period expires. You may cancel before your order ships, or return it after delivery.

Refunds

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal request. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
• Goods that have been used or are no longer in their original condition
